Charissa Thompson
Thompson was a former FOX Sports host who left FOX Sports for Yahoo Sports in 2010, also hosted Versus Sports. She was in charge of Versus' NHL studio coverage and made web-based videos for the wildly popular Yahoo platform. The latter included leading Yahoo Sports' participation in major occasions, including the 2010 Winter Olympics. FIFA World Cup. Super Bowl XLV. and BCS National Championship. Her success in both sports has led her to joining ESPN in the summer of 2011 when she was chosen as one of the hosts on the new evening show "Numbers Never lie." In the following year, she was promoted from "SportsNation," she enjoyed an unending run of successes. Her departure from the network came at the time of FS1's debut in Los Angeles, May 2013 returning to Los Angeles. Thompson is a passionate sports fan, but she is proving her versatility to be able to work in entertainment. In June 2014, after various part-time roles Thompson was named permanent co-host of the Hollywood nightly newsmagazine "Extra". Her filming took place in Universal Studios and also worked at award shows, celebrity parties and various other gatherings.
